In communities in Central Australia, white fella doctors and nurses are put up in Govt accommodation. Often behind large fences and then the houses themselves have super heavy duty cages before the front and rear doors. It is not necessary and needs to change! Totally strange concept which harks back to days we'd rather forget but never should.
